Sprulina, Arthrospira platensis is one of cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) and classified as superfood.
It contains completed amino acid, antioxidant, vitamin A, B1, and B2.
Here are the nutriotional value of 10g of spirulina:

– 2,8 mg iron
