After placing order, you will receive an email which informs our bank (BCA) account. Next, you will be required to make a payment (direct transfer) to our BCA account and send us confirmation with a payment proof attachment via email or Whatsapp number.
Once your order has been processed to the shipment, we will send you your order tracking number.
Orders made before 15.00 will be processed within the same day. Orders made after 15.00 will be processed on the next working day.
Jinawi working hours: 08.00 – 16.00 (Monday – Saturday)
Closed on Sunday and other National holiday.
If you are a Jinawi member, you will get 20% discount to all of our products, except for products with the sale (discounted) price.
To apply for a membership, you will need to buy Jinawi products with the total price above Rp 300.000,00. To keep your membership valid, you need to buy Jinawi products at least once every 2 months.
If you are Jinawi member, you will be in our membership database and we will send you a coupon code. Please tell us when you don’t have yours. Later, you can type your coupon code in your shopping chart to get 20% discount.
